Important update on the new reissue pricing process
Hi, travel partner:
We previously informed you that a new way of pricing LATAM reissues would take effect on October 7, 2026.
We need to reschedule this date. Some parts of the new process are still being tested and validated. Before moving forward, we want to make sure everything works as expected and avoid unnecessary impacts for you and your customers.
For now, please continue using the current reissue rules.
Until further notice:
current rules for pricing reissues remain in effect;
reissues must continue to follow the current rules, regardless of when the ticket was issued;
no action is required from you;
the previous communication about the implementation is no longer applicable.
We understand that this update may raise questions, especially since the date had already been communicated. We will let you know as soon as a new date is confirmed.
