Online Booking Tools (OBTs) are digital platforms used by agencies and companies to search, compare, and book travel products.
With the objective of providing greater transparency to agencies and companies regarding how LATAM Group content is displayed in the main digital booking tools, LATAM Group periodically conducts an assessment of objective criteria related to the display of its products.
The assessment considers objective, previously communicated criteria related to the clarity, accuracy, and completeness with which the information provided by LATAM Group is displayed and processed by the tool during the booking process.
Criteria evaluated
Correct identification of fare families (branded fares) and their attributes.
Display of Premium cabins and their differentiating attributes.
Comparison between cabin alternatives.
Information on the final price, taxes, and applicable fees.
Identification of the operating airline.
Correct use of the LATAM Group brand.
