Considerations:

When it is necessary to generate a commercial exception for customers inquiring about travel alternatives

1.     Passengers with a scheduled trip who contact us before their flight: Request supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate, obstetric ultrasound, etc.) confirming pregnancy at 28 weeks or more.

2.     Passengers who are denied boarding on their flight: Agents must check the DNB and the SSR CMNT entered at check-in:

After validating this message in the booking history, no documentation will be required, as the CMNT will serve as the basis for this exception.

3.     Once this information is gathered, the Global Sales Support (GSS) team must be contacted to submit the refund request.

The current procedures for pregnant customers remain unchanged.
