SPECIAL SERVICES - ESAN acceptance on CODESHARE flights and OLA routes to/from USA/Mexico

FYI – This is to inform that some adjustments have been introduced to our emotional support animal (ESAN) acceptance policy on flights to/from the United States and Mexico. We now accept emotional support animals on this route, even if the flight is a codeshare one (marketing or operating) or if the itinerary contains other airlines in the same reservation.

We remind you that customers are responsible for booking and confirming this service with all airlines involved in the itinerary, and for ensuring acceptance of the animal in the country of destination.

Due to system limitations, the ESAN service must be processed through LATAM’s direct sale channels.
