SPECIAL SERVICES - Collection of AVIH through Contact Center, Airport Sales and Sales Office

We inform our travel agents that from August 30, 2018, the Animal in hold (AVIH) service may be paid in advance of the travel in Contact Center, Airport Sales and Sales Offices LATAM, when the service is already confirmed.

At the moment of making the request, the passenger will indicate the weight of his pet and the container and will be charged according to that information. In the event that the passenger arrives at the airport and the weight reported in the application does not correspond to the weight of the animal with the container, it must be referred to Airport Sales to collect the price difference.

The conditions of acceptance and request of the service do not change, and are indicated in the chapter of Special Services, Animals in hold(AVIH)
