We hereby inform to our travel agents that since May 24th, 2018 the acceptance of the National Identity Document (DNI) and Electronic Electoral Title in Brazil is valid as a document for boarding only in domestic flights in Brazil. The acceptance will be through the presentation of the application in the mobile, not being accepted photos (prints of screens), pdfs and the like.

The airport at the time of check-in will validate the correct document for boarding.

We remind that passengers who do not have an identification document for boarding can not be boarded and the change of the ticket is subject to the fare rule (penalty, fare difference and fees, if any) for the next flight that the customer can deliver a document valid for shipping.
