Emotional assistance dogs (ESAN) and Pets in the cabin available only for routes 100% LATAM

We remind our travel agents that the ESAN service offered to passengers who need emotional assistance and Pets in the cabin (PETC) is only available for 100% LATAM routes, that is, the request for this service is NOT allowed on codeshare flights or connections with other airlines.

The previous one is due to technical limitations that prevent the insertion of the code in reservations of other operators and the difference of standards between each company.
