SALES - Extension of markets and dates for the Crew and Guest products

 

Description:

Extension of special conditions for the CREW/SEAMAN and GUEST/AIRSEA products. The conditions are also extended for tickets issued in Europe and Asia.

Scope:

Product distributed by specific agencies in the United States, Asia and Europe.

Implementation date:

Immediate and valid until March 31, 2021

Considerations

CREW/SEAMAN

This product allows refunding a ticket without penalty up to two (2) weeks after the original departure date. If the refund is processed after two weeks, the “after departure” penalty policy will be applied to the refund.

If the refund is processed:

Penalty

Within two (2) weeks from the original departure date

Refund without penalty

After two weeks from the original departure date

Subject to fare regulation

 

GUEST/AIRSEA

 

The “GUEST” product is subject to a different type of penalty than the one indicated under “penalties”, provided the change or refund is processed within the following time limits:

Account code: GUEST/AIRSEA

ticket designator GST

If the change or refund is processed:

Penalty

More than 45 days after the original departure date

Allowed without penalty

Within 44 days from the original departure date

Subject to fare regulation

Important:

In order to apply the special conditions for each product, tickets must include the corresponding account code* and ticket designator.

* Issuances done in the United States only have Ticket Designator.
