FYI - This is to inform that, effective immediately, passengers with a commercial ticket in economy cabin and want to request a voluntary change to travel on Premium Economy or Premium Business cabins, would be allowed to make this change without penalty charge - but paying all the applicable fare differences. This change can be done on any date, flight or route LATAM as long as it will be in Premium Cabin and there is no change of passenger. 

Passengers requesting the change must meet the following conditions:

• The ticket must be issued in LATAM stock (045, 957, 544, 462, 035, 692, 469).
• The original ticket must allow changes and comply with the fare regulation. Only the penalty is waived.
• The penalty-waived change is valid for travel in a premium cabin on flights marketed/operated by LATAM.
• All applicable fare differences must be paid.

Important: A service fee will be charged in those markets/channels where the fee applies.

LATAM audits ticket changes based on date of reissue, not based on when the PNR was modified.

Therefore, any change in the booking should be supported simultaneously by ticket reissue.
