FYI - This is to inform that, effective immediately, passengers with reduced mobility (WCHS, WCHC) traveling in business cabin on Boeing 747 operated by Wamos Air will not receive these services, even if they have been confirmed. The reason is that the business cabin is located on the upper deck of the airplane, making wheelchair access impossible.

This restriction is for passengers who cannot go up the stairs by themselves (WCHS) or need to be taken to their seat (WCHC). Passengers who can go up the stairs unassisted may receive the WCHR service, since they only need the service to avoid long walks.

Restricted passengers may be offered the following:

1. Rebooking on a different flight operated by LATAM (LA601/LA600) subject to cabin availability (business) and completing the reissue as involuntary.

2. If the passenger declines this option, s/he may be endorsed to a different airline, maintaining the original cabin.

3. If a passenger insists on traveling on the flight operated by Wamos Air, the only option will be in economy cabin (as it is located on the main deck). In these cases, the Travel Agents must contact their LATAM Sales Support Agent for assistance.

4. Refund with NO penalty for all unused coupons.

Please remember these passengers will be handled as passengers affected and protected under the current Passenger Protection Policy for ticket changes and/or refund e ancillaries. For changes to the date and/or route, enter an SSR CKIN in the reservation and in the Endorsements/Restrictions box enter the text: INVOL DUE TO CHG EQP. When processing the refund, enter the same message.

In addition, we inform that none of the flights operated by Wamos Air leaving or entering Chile will have a LATAM crew onboard due to the restrictions imposed by DGAC (the Chilean Aviation Authority) on joint operations.
