Due to several inconveniences with the reservations of passengers at the embarkation on flights with other airlines when their names and/or last names on the reservations did not match with the travel document, we remind you that reservations must include the name (s) and last name (s) of the passenger as they appear on the travel document.

In case the distribution system issues the ticket with the name and/or last name incomplete (by ticket parameters), the airlines will honor the information that appears on the reservation, therefore, this must coincide with the travel document.
