We inform our travel agents that the runway of the Cuiabá - Marechal Rondon International Airport (CGB) will undergo daily works at dawn on the following dates: 

• Between 6 and 10 May 2018
• Between 18 and 30 June 2018 

For this reason, LATAM had to cancel flights JJ3675 (Cuiabá - Brasília) and JJ3810 (Brasília - Cuiabá). 

For those cases where passengers with canceled flights do not accept the proposed protection alternative (another same-day LATAM flight) in the reservation, they may choose one of the following options FREE of penalty according:

1. Change of date/flight rerouting:

• For LATAM tickets issued in Brazil: To fly until the ticket validity - SUBJECT TO CABIN (no fare differences apply).
• For LATAM tickets issued in any country EXCEPT Brazil: To fly in the window of -7/+15 days regarding the original flight date - SUBJECT TO CABIN AVAILABILITY (no fare differences apply). Beyond -7/+15 days regarding the original flight date-  SUBJECT TO FARE DIFFERENCES and ticket availability.

2. Change of origin or destination:

No penalty, subject fare differences and ticket validity.When making the change (in both cases), an OSI must be inserted in the reservation and in the Ticket Endorsements/Restrictions field: CGB06MAY18

3. Refund (involuntary):

No penalty, applies to all unused ticket coupons and unused ancillaries, even if the pricing regulations do not allow.

At the time of processing the refund, insert as reason: CGB06MAY18

Changes/refunds of terrestrial programs shall apply in accordance with the operator's fare regulations. When the maintenance of the Cuiabá airport runway ends, the LATAM operations will be carried out again according to the original itinerary
