    AGREEMENTS - Wamos Air aircraft operation on the São Paulo (GRU)–Bogotá (BOG) route

    Description

    Due to operational needs, the operation of Wamos Air aircraft and crew will be temporarily activated on GRU–BOG and BOG–GRU flights operating between October 25, 2026 and March 27, 2027:. 

    - LA 8184 GRU BOG

    - LA 8185 BOG GRU

    Flights operated by Wamos Air will use the following flight numbers: 

    - LA 4968 GRU BOG

    - LA 4907 BOG GRU

    This route joins those already operated by Wamos: Santiago (SCL) – Bogotá (BOG) – Santiago (SCL) and Santiago (SCL) – Mexico City (MEX) – Santiago (SCL).

    You can confirm whether a flight is operated by Wamos by selecting the flight and date in the booking systems.

    Ground service for flights operated by Wamos (sales, after-sales, check-in, airport processes, among others) will be handled as if it were any other LATAM flight.

    Scope:

    Change of flight equipment for customers travelling on the GRU–BOG–GRU route between October 25, 2026 and February 28, 2027. 

    Implementation date:

    On August  26, 2024, the operator of the distribution systems will change.

    Considerations: 

    Wamos Air is a Spanish company specializing in aircraft leasing services.

    Flights operated by Wamos Air will be indicated in the sales systems with the message LAXXX “OPERATED BY WAMOS AIR FOR LATAM AIRLINES GROUP”.

    Operations will continue at the departure and arrival terminals used by LATAM. Web check-in processes will also remain available for these flights through latam.com.

     

    SPECIAL SERVICES

    Special services maintain LATAM standards and may be requested under the current conditions, except for the following:

    - PETC is not permitted on flights operated by Wamos, as the space under the seats on Wamos Air aircraft is smaller than LATAM’s standard dimensions.

    - ESAN Cat (emotional support animal) is not permitted on routes to/from Colombia operated by Wamos.

    - BSCT service is subject to availability in Wamos operations and must be requested directly at the airport at the time of boarding.

     

    ANCILLARIES

    - Seat selection: There are no sales restrictions; LATAM’s standard seat-sale conditions apply.

    - Baggage sales: LATAM’s standard conditions for baggage sales apply.

     


    COMMERCIAL EXCEPTIONS

    Customers with a change of airplane (operated by WAMOS) will be notified. In case they do not agree with this change, the following options may be given (WITHOUT FEE and independent of the penalties item:

    a) Change of date/flight:

    - Customers will be able to access a change at no cost, keeping the original route and cabin.

    - The protection must be made according to the availability of the original cabin, in the same class or, failing that, the lowest available.

    - The reissue will be made involuntarily, maintaining the original fare basis and fare construction.

    - All reissues must always be supported by an OSI INVOL DUE TO WAMOS AIRCRAFT in the PNR and the message INVOL DUE TO WAMOS AIRCRAFT which must be entered in the endorsement field of the ticket.

    b) Refund without penalty:

    - Applies to all UNUSED coupons on the ticket and associated ancillaries
