When it is necessary to issue itineraries with LATAM and Alaska Airlines (AS) flights that include infants traveling without a seat, it should be considered to omit the ticket for AS flights since this airline does not require tickets for infant passengers traveling on an adult's lap.

Considerations:

When issuing a ticket for an itinerary involving INFT passengers, , the process must be completed sequentially  as follow::

1. Book  adult (ADT) and child (CHD) passengers excluding the INFT passenger. Then price and issue the full itinerary (LA+AS) following standard procedures.

2. Once the ADT and CHD passengers have been ticketed, a LATAM Global Sales Support (GSS) agent must be contacted to add the INFT to the reservation.

INFT tickets must be issued only for LATAM flights, excluding Alaska Airlines (AS) segments.
