The following special services CANNOT be entered from a reservation issued by LATAM that has flights operated by Airlink (4Z) (due to technical and/or commercial limitations), so their management is summarized as follows:

a) Customer must request it directly to the operator Airlink (4Z)

- POC: Passengers traveling with Portable Oxygen Concentrators.

- Wheelchairs:

- WCHC - Wheelchair Passenger who cannot walk

- WCHS - Wheelchair Passenger cannot climb stairs

- WCHR - Wheelchair Passenger can climb stairs

- BLND: Passengers with visual impairment or accompanied by a guide dog (SVAN).

- DEAF: Passengers with hearing impairment

- DPNA - Passengers with special assistance needs

b) The following SSRs for special passengers CANNOT be offered on itineraries with codeshare flights (LATAM marketing, operated by Airlink (4Z):

- UMNR - Unaccompanied minor

- DEPU/DEPA - Deportees

- INAD - Inadmissible passengers

- Passengers traveling with:

- BSCT - Baby Bassinet: Cradle for transporting babies (infants)

- PETC - Animals in the cabin

- ESAN - Emotional Support Animals

- AVIH - Animals in the hold

- CBBG - Cabin Baggage: Additional seat for cabin baggage

- EXST - Additional seat

- WCBW - Wheelchair Powered by dry, gel, spillable battery

- WCBD - Wheelchair Powered by dry batteries and gel battery (non-spillable)

- WCLB - Wheelchair Powered by lithium batteries.

- PPOC - Personal portable oxygen (Portable Oxygen Concentrator)

- Special meal requests:

- BLML - Soft diet;

- CHML - Children's meal;

- DBML- Diabetic meal;

- GFML - Gluten intolerant diet;

- LFML - Low-fat meal;

- LSML - Low-sodium diet;

- VLML - Lacto-ovo vegetarian meal (includes milk and egg).

baggage Policy

Checked baggage: the baggage policy of the most significant carrier (MSC) of the itinerary applies, and if the MSC is a codeshare flight, the baggage policy of the marketing carrier applies.
