Please be informed that from July 01, 2019, direct flights between Bogota (BOG), Colombia, and Cancun (CUN), Mexico, will be modified according to the following:

LATAM will centrally protect affected passengers on flights via Lima (LIM), Peru. Passengers will be informed through their Travel Agencies, according to the usual process.

Those passengers who do not accept the proposed alternative of protection, will be able to choose one of the following options WITHOUT PENALTY and regardless of the penalties item :

• Changes and Rerouting
  • Passengers wishing to advance their trip before July 01, 2019 (in the same BOG-AUA LATAM direct flight), will be able to change subject to cabin availability.
  • Passengers who wish to postpone their trip may postpone it up to 15 days from the original flight date subject to cabin availability (maintaining proposed connection via Lima); beyond this period of time, changes may be made subject to class availability, fare differences and ticket validity.
  • When making the changes, it is mandatory to insert an OSI in the reservation as well as in Endorsements / Restrictions of the ticket: INVOL CHG DUE TO BOG CUN CNLD.

• Refunds
  • Its permitted to refund unused coupons even if the fare regulation does not allow so.
  • When processing the refund, enter the following text INVOL REF DUE TO  BOG CUN CNLD.

• Ancillaries
  • Ancillaries associated to the ticket are subject to changes and/or refund depending on the action taken with the ticket.
  • Agents that need to process the re-association of these services with the new tickets issued must consider the process indicated in Passenger Protection > Protection of Ancillaries.
