ROUTE - Changes in the operation between Guayaquil (GYE) and Madrid (MAD)
As part of a continuous evaluation of the LATAM networks, the direct flight between Guayaquil (GYE) and Madrid (MAD) will no longer be available from December 15, 2019. These flights will be closed for sale from June 4nd, 2019 and alternatives available to Iberia will remain available.
Passengers of direct and indirect channels will be notified centrally from June 2nd, 2019 through mail, SMS, App LATAM.
Canceled flights: |
LA1440 GYE-MAD from December 15nd, 2019 LA1441 MAD-GYE from December 15nd, 2019 |
Proposed protection: |
Codeshare flights marketing LATAM* operated by Iberia (IB) between GYE MAD or alternative connection via UIO. |
Reservation management: |
Flights operated by the partner are being incorporated manually and centrally in the same class or the lowest available class of the original cabin for direct and indirect channels.
If the protection is not reflected in the reservation, it can be protected according to the indicated.
The ancillaries associated to the reservation must be processed as involuntary refund. |
