In an effort to provide our customers with increased travel options, a pilot program will be implemented whereby tickets issued on or after May 06, 2019 using the Light Brand on certain Colombia domestic routes will allow changes before the flight departure date with an associated penalty.

Applicable to:

The routes operating under the new conditions are:

• Bogotá (BOG) and Medellin (MDE),
• Bogotá (BOG) and Cartagena (CTG),
• Bogotá (BOG) and Bucaramanga (BGA).

Effectiveness:

Tickets issued from May 6, 2019

Special considerations:

We strongly recommend to ALWAYS check the fare regulation (section 16, PENALTIES) in order to verify the conditions for change and the associated penalty, if applicable.
