INTERLINE AGREEMENTS AND CODESHARE - Restrictions for reservations with Voepass flights (2Z)
Description: |
We inform that within the operational and commercial window, for broadcasts and/or reruns, none of the service channels is authorized to sell or rearrange passengers on Voepass flights (2Z). All reservations must be made on Codeshare flights, ie LA marketing operated by 2Z. |
Scope: |
LATAM passengers, flying with Voepass (2Z). |
Date of Implementation: |
Immediate |
Considerations: |
LATAM and Voepass have a Unilateral Agreement on LA* flights operated by 2Z for Free Sale (OTC) and Block Space sales.
Therefore, within the operational and commercial window, no tickets can be issued and/or re-issued (voluntary/involuntary) on Voepass flights (2Z).
We will have the choice of flight selection: 2Z 2205 and LA* 7905.
This customer must ALWAYS be accommodated on flight LA*, never on prime flight 2Z.
It is important to respect this rule and ensure that passengers are properly assigned, so that no problems occur on boarding, as we must NEVER issue/protect a passenger beyond the capacity of the aircraft.
Remember that for any changes the booking must ALWAYS be re-issued. Revalidation generates migration problems for the Voepass system. |
