Considerations: 

The new measures include:

• Mandatory use of anti-bite muzzle for all emotional support dogs, regardless of their size. All customers traveling with an emotional support animal must be assigned a window seat
• All small breed dogs meeting the conditions for travel as pet in the cabin may skip the muzzle use requirement provided they are transported in a suitable container that meets the acceptance, size and container-type requirements established for transporting PETC, which must be placed under the seat in front of the owner.
• In addition, customers having purchased their ticket on or after June 03, 2024 may carry with them a dog up to 12 kg in the cabin. Dogs weighing more than 12 kg may travel in the cargo hold as AVIH according to the regulation in force and at no additional cost.

All other restrictions regarding this service remain unchanged.
