GROUPS - Update to time limits and group prepayments in Uruguay, Europe, the Middle East and South Africa

We inform the following modifications to the prepayments and time limits of groups that will apply with immediate effectiveness in Uruguay, Europe, the Middle East and South Africa:

1. Uruguay:

The following time limits (TL) and prepayment amounts will apply for all group reservations made in Uruguay:

Considerations:

  • If pre-payment and full payment TLs overlap the first time limit takes precedence; the same is true for full payment TLs and Issuance TLs, the most restrictive of the two takes precedence.

Refund policy of the prepayment in Uruguay:

The refund is permitted with no penalties, refunding 100% of the pre-payment or full payment if made within the following timeframes:

  • Long Haul Routes: if the cancellation is requested with an anticipation equal to or greater than 90 days prior to flight departure.
  • Regional/Domestic Routes: if the cancellation is requested with an anticipation equal to or greater than 60 days prior to flight departure.

2. The following time limits (TL) and penalties will apply to all group reservations made in Europe, the Middle East and South Africa:
