Description:

We inform that the Distribution Cost Recovery Surcharge (TRCD) will have a value of 13.00 USD per coupon and from now on it will be refundable, as long as the tariff conditions allow a refund.

Considerations: 

With this change, Surcharge charged on LATAM emissions generated through GDS, follow the same refund rules as the fare issued.  

In all countries, including Brazil, it will be 100% refundable whenever the fare allows reimbursement.

As well as in cases of rescheduling/ cancellation of flights or by Portrait Law in the countries where it applies.

The processes and executions of collections, reprogramming, and how to execute refund requests will not be changed.
