| Description: | We inform you that, due to the daylight saving time change in Chile, announced by the Ministry of the Interior and Public Security, the departure and arrival schedules of flights operated to and from that country have been adjusted for the period between September 6, 2026, and April 3, 2027. Reservations where the schedule adjustment results in a missed connection, routing change, airport change or an advance/delay of more than 1 hour for flights in Brazil or more than 2 hours for all other countries. These cases will be subject will be subject to the travel solutions available under the current Involuntary Changes policy. For reservations where the adjustment to the departure or arrival time does not affect connecting flights or the routing, requests for ticket changes or refunds will be handled in accordance with the conditions of the purchased fare. |

| Considerations: | Reservations where the schedule adjustment causes a missed connection, routing changes, an airport change or an advance/delay of more than 1 hour for flights in Brazil or more than 2 hours for all other countries, may be handled as follows: - Protect the passenger on flights operated and marketed by LATAM, in the same booking class or the lowest available class within the original cabin. - The reissue will be processed as involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare structure. - When reissuing, include the following text in the ticket endorsements field: INVOL Cambio de hora Chile vuelo (xxx) If the passenger decides not to travel, they may request an involuntary refund of the ticket and/or associated ancillaries. For other flexibility options, please refer to the Involuntary Changes policies. For routes to/from the U.S., DOT regulations also apply. |
