Flights canceled:

The following flights have been suspended between October 27, 2024 and December 31, 2024:

- LA 740 (SCL → POA)

- LA 741 (POA → SCL)

- LA 2422 (LIM → POA)

- LA 2423 (POA → LIM)

Protection offered:

- Protection on LATAM flights connecting in Sao Paulo (GRU).

- Change to a nearby airport, except Canoas Airport (QNS).:

- Maximum distance of 500 km (300 miles) to the protecting airport, within the same country where LATAM has operations, in the same class or in the lowest available class in the original cabin.

Reservations:

- Protection on LATAM flights must be managed according to availability in the original cabin and in the lowest available class. 

- Tickets must be reissued as involuntary and must retain the original fare basis and fare construction.

Customers who decline the protection offered may apply for the flexibilities proposed under Involuntary Reissue.

When reissuing, insert ticket endorsements:

- Protection on LATAM flights: INVOL REROUTE (flight) (date) CNLD

Ancillaries:

- Ancillaries will receive the same treatment as tickets.
