Flights canceled:

The following flights will be suspended until further notice starting October 27, 2024:

- LA 3181 / LA 3671 (CNF →  GIG)

- LA 3670 / LA 3678 (GIG  → CNF)

Protection offered:

- Protection on LATAM flights connecting in Sao Paulo (GRU/CGH) or Brasilia (BSB).

Reservations:

- Protection on LATAM flights must be managed according to availability in the original cabin and in the lowest available class. 

- Tickets must be reissued as involuntary and must retain the original fare basis and fare construction.

Customers who decline the protection offered may apply for the flexibilities proposed under Involuntary Reissue.

When reissuing, insert ticket endorsements:

- Protection on LATAM flights: INVOL REROUTE (flight) (date) CNLD

Ancillaries:

- Ancillaries will receive the same treatment as tickets.
