• Passengers with LIM, GRU or SCL origin with connection via BOG will be protected on direct LATAM flights:

Ex.: 

LIM ⇄ BOG ⇄  MAD > Will be protected in direct flight LIM MAD. 

GRU ⇄  BOG ⇄ MAD > Will be protected in direct flight GRU MAD. 

If the passenger does not accept the proposed flight alternative, they may request the full refund of the ticket without penalty.

Reservations:

Protection on IB flights (BOG MAD):

Protection on IB flights shall be in the lowest class available in the same cabin (use of the Premium Economy cabin in IB is excluded). The re-emission must be carried out involuntarily, maintaining the Fare Basis and the original tariff construction. 

Protection on LATAM flights:

Protection on LA flights shall be carried out in the lowest available class of the same cabin, the re-emission carried out involuntarily and the fare basis and the original fare construction shall be maintained.

Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection may use the same flexibilities defined in Sales | Passenger Protection.

When reissuing, insert the following note under Ticket Endorsements:

INVOL REROUTE (flight)(date) CNLD. 

Ancillaries:

For protections on 100% LATAM flights, Ancillaries will receive the same treatment as tickets.

For protections on other airlines, ancillaries must be refunded.
