We inform you that from May 1, 2019, the operation between Belo Horizonte (CNF) and Recife (REC), Brazil, will no longer be made through direct flights and will be held in connection to São Paulo (GRU), Brasilia (BSB) or Fortaleza (FOR). Direct flights are already closed for sale in distribution systems.

The affected direct flights are:

Passengers on direct flights are being rearranged automatically and centrally on flights via São Paulo (GRU) and Brasília (BSB).

Indirect sales passengers will be notified by their Travel Agencies using the regular procedure.

Those passengers who do not accept the proposed alternative of protection, will be able to choose one of the following options WITHOUT FEE and independent of the penalties item:

• Changes and Rerouting
  • Passengers wishing to advance their trip (maintaining the original route) may opt for a change subject to cabin availability to travel on any date before May 1, 2019, according to the policy published on Passenger Protection chapter.
  • Passengers wishing to travel on a later date may defer their trip up to 15 days after the original travel date subject to cabin availability (via GRU or BSB); beyond this period, changes will be subject to class availability, fare differences and ticket validity.

When making the changes, it is mandatory to insert an OSI in the reservation as well as in Endorsements / Restrictions of the ticket with the information INVOL CHG DUE TO CNF REC CLOSURE

• Refounds

Its permitted to refund no use coupons even if the fare rules not permit that.When processing the refund, enter the following text: INVOL REF DUE TO CNF REC CLOSURE

• Ancillaries

The Ancillaries associated with the ticket are subject to change and / or refunds according to the action taken with the ticket. Agents that need to process the re-association of these services with the tickets issued must consider the process indicated in Ticket Modification in the Modification of Ancillaries tab.
