FYI – This is to inform that effective 01 February 2019, the LATAM Trade Chile Home will feature a downloadable tax refund form (Code: CL/ZQ) in response to the airport tax reduction announced by the Chilean Government last 02 October 2018. 

To request a refund of any ticket differences, tickets must meet the following conditions:

• Ticket 100% used
• Tickets issued between 02 October 2017 and 02 October 2018
• Flight date on or after 02 October 2018
• DOM CL, REG/INT’L flights originating at an airport in Chile

Tax differences will be refunded via ACM to the agency within 15 business days.

The agency must supply the following data:

• Name of the agency
• IATA
• Ticket Number
• Email of the travel agency

The form will be available for download for a period of one (1) year at the LATAM Trade website.
