ROUTES - Suspension of operations between Lima (LIM) and Montego Bay (MBJ)

We inform you that due to commercial needs the route between Lima (LIM) and Montego Bay (MBJ) will cease operations from April 1, 2027 onwards.

Canceled flights:	Effective April 1, 2027, the following flights will cease operations: LA 2446 - LIM → MBJ LA 2447 - MBJ → LIM These flights are now closed for sale and reservations will be canceled in the systems within the next few days.
Proposed protection:	Passengers who wish to continue their trip with LATAM will be offered the following options: Change the date to travel to MBJ before April 1, 2027. Change the original destination of MBJ to another LATAM Caribbean destination until August 9, 2027 : Punta Cana (PUJ), Dominican Republic Cancun (CUN), Mexico San Jose (SJO), Costa Rica Cartagena (CTG), Colombia The change is free of charge, subject to availability of the same cabin and within the validity of the ticket. If the passenger does not accept the options provided, they may be protected on Copa Airlines (CM) flights via Panama City (PTY), maintaining the original origin and destination to travel between March 1, 2027, and August 30, 2027. The class for the new flight must be selected according to the following: Original Economy cabin: The lowest available class must be selected among Y, B, M, H, Q, K, V, U, S, O, W, E, and L. Original Premium cabin: Class C. Protection on Copa Airlines (CM) flights is not available for group bookings. The reissue will be processed as involuntary, placing the endorsement remark SKCHG/INVOL PROTEX CM-LATAM.
Reservation management:	Protection must be provided in the same class and original cabin or, if it is not available, it can be protected in the lowest class available in the original cabin. The reissuance will be done as involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare construction. Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection are eligible to the flexibilities defined in Cancellations and Involuntary Changes.

Ancillaries:	If the protection is made on LATAM flights, ancillaries will receive the same handling as tickets. If the protection is made on Copa Airlines (CM) flights, ancillaries must be submitted for involuntary refund.
