Actions to take when a flight has a schedule change that is not reflected in the reservation.
When a flight is canceled or changed less than 7 days in advance, the information may not be correctly reflected in your GDS. That's why we ask you to always check the flight status through our LATAMAIRLINES.COM page (on the homepage, just click on “flight status”).
What to do if the flight appears canceled/changed on the LATAMAIRLINES.com page but it remains HK on my reservation?
In such cases, you can involuntarily reissue the ticket through your GDS by entering the following information:

* Remember that you need to keep the same cabin, farebasis and fare construction when reissuing the ticket.
For cases where a specific Commercial Procedure is published giving instructions on the text that must be inserted in the endorsement box, the endorsement indicated in the procedure must be used and not those indicated in the table above.
When the passenger does not agree with the proposed protection alternative, he will be eligible for a full refund according to the Passenger Protection Policy available on LATAM Trade.
