Description:

New domestic routes are implemented in Brazil in the code shared agreement with the company VOEPASS (formerly Passaredo).

Flight numbers are as follows:

• Rotas Block Space: marketing LA Flights 7778- 7907 
• Routes Free Sale: marketing LA Flights 8696-8615 and 8871-8910

The new agreement provides for the sale of "block space" for the new routes:

The routes with "free sale" agreement are in the range of flights 8696-8615 and 8871-8910.

Type of agreement:

”Blockspace":(the entire plane is sold by LATAM): unilateral (only issued by LATAM). Voepass' reservation code will not be created. 

"Free sale": Agreement with no sales limit. Voepass locators will be generated at the time of purchase.

Services available on LA flights*:

Bookings created on LA marketing flights on flights operated by 2Z of the "block space" type do not generate a booking code in the Voepass system until 9 days from flight departure. This means that services booked on LA marketing flights are only received by 2Z within 9 days of flight departure (if purchased before 9 days). 

• Reservations with special passengers with MEDIF and FREMEC (will be managed by LATAM).
• Reservations with passengers Infants (INF), minors CHD
• Wheelchairs: WCHR, WCHS, WCHC, WCBD
• Visually impaired passengers (BLND)
• Passengers with hearing impairment (DEAF)
• Pregnant women: according to the operator’s policy.

LATAM tickets since April 12, 2023, can earn miles/points only on codeshare (marketing LA) flights operated by Voepass.

LATAMPass:

VOEPASS does not see the customer card category, so it does not grant benefits to Top Tiers customers, even if the physical card is presented.

Baggage policy:

If VOEPASS is the operator, the VOEPASS franchise applies. In the case of connecting flights, when VOEPASS is the first operator of the flight, the benefits of LATAM Airlines Brazil are not provided to Top Tiers customers.

If LATAM Airlines Brasil is the first operator of the flight, Top Tiers customers will benefit from baggage allowance until the final destination.

Ancillaries:

Free seat selection, only through Latam.

Additional baggage: Available for purchase directly at the airport, the fare will be applied by VOEPASS according to LATAM fares.

Check in:

When VOEPASS operates the first leg, check-in is done directly on its website with PNR LATAM. Check-in is made to the final destination on trips with connection between LATAM and VOEPASS.

Glossary:

Free Sale (Free Sale): Agreement without sales limit. In these agreements, each marketing company sells directly from the stock of the operating company until it is notified that the class is closed. Sales should be prioritized over codeshare flight LA**.

Block Space: Agreement in which one company has one block or all aircraft available for sale on the flights of the other operator. In these cases, the sale of flights with block space contract must be carried out exclusively in the LA* code shared on the flight of the other operator.
