UNACCOMPANIED MINOR - Request for Unaccompanied Minor Service on Already Issued Tickets
Description: |
Due to the Unaccompanied Minor (UMNR) service being subject to availability, it is not possible to guarantee the delivery of the service once the ticket has been issued; therefore, the UMNR service must always be confirmed first, and then the ticket can be issued. However, in the event that the service is requested after the ticket has been issued and the child's age allows for the optional service (between 12 and 17 years old), the request for the service can be processed. |
