GROUPS - Changes to group requests

 

Description:

The GSO tool will no longer be used for group requests, from now on, all group requests must be made through a unique form for each country and the time limit for group prepayment will be modified.

Scope:

Group reservations on domestic and international routes. Except DOM Brazil groups, issued in Brazil.

Considerations

The required data must be completed in the form according to the POS that makes the request: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, United States, Mexico, Oceania, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay.

 

Asia, Brazil, Europe, Oceania and the United States maintain their current channel of communication with the agency.

In addition, the following structure of Time Limit (TL) for prepayment will be applied:

The current exceptions to time limits for groups will cease to apply:

  • Sports groups
  • Student groups and Municipality Employee groups traveling on domestic routes, issued in Chile
  • Exceptions for LH, REG and DOM routes in Colombia
