Considerations:

As of December 3, 2020, the service of transporting animals in the aircraft hold (AVIH) on domestic routes in Brazil is resumed.

  • For LATAM flights, on domestic flights in Brazil, the request must be made within 7 days to a maximum of 48 hours before the flight, due to the (temporary) limitations imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the departure of the flight will be rejected.
  • Confirmation periods on flights operated by LATAM Airlines Brazil:

                                   - Latam Cargo BR operates within the current scenario with a temporary confirmation                                   window between 7 days and 24 hours before the flight (will be adjusted according to                                   the air network regulation).

Applications that do not meet the requirements established in the chapter "Animals in the hold (AVIH)" must be made through LATAM Cargo.
