We inform our Travel Agents that as of August 16, 2018, passengers who need to prove that they flew with LATAM will be able to obtain the flight certificate through de Help Center/Online Services of latam.com. 

The certificate will be available in all homes and languages, for 100% LATAM flights or codeshare flights operated by LATAM, regardless of the ticket stock. 

The data required to obtain the certificate through the site are:

• Reservation code
• Passenger's Last Name
• Type of document (passport, identity card or driver's license with which the passenger traveled)
• Document number
