    - Passengers that are at their destination (trip has been partially travelled) and who, due to the reduction in operation, do not have the protection option to comply with the maximum stay of their fare, may reschedule their flight up to 12 months from the departure date (according to the indicated conditions) even if this change exceeds the maximum stay of the fare.

    Notes

    - Tickets issued between May 20, 2020 and July 31, 2020 traveling from May 20, 2020 onwards, are permitted ONE free change as an involuntary reissue (keeping the same origin, destination, cabin and type of passenger, as well as fare basis), Tickets with flights between March 1, 2020 and April 30, 2020 are exempt from the mark for this type of reissue.

    - Tickets issued between August 1, 2020 and September 30, 2020 with return flights until 30NOV2020 maintain their free exchange option through an involuntary reissue to fly in May 2021 (keeping the same origin, destination, cabin and type of passenger, as well as fare basis).

    - The ticket must be changed BEFORE departure of the original flight; otherwise, it will be subject to the fare regulation.

    - Consider that all date changes that imply a change in the “type of passenger” (e.g. INF to CHD) will also imply the charging of applicable fare differences.

    - All protections subject to cabin availability (free of fare differences) on LATAM flights require a reservation on the new LATAM flight in the original ticket class or in the lowest available class in the same cabin (if the original class is not available) and the completion of an involuntary reissue maintaining the original fare basis and fare construction. In other words, there is no need to contact the Agency Support Agent to request the original class.

    - Ancillaries associated to the ticket are subject to changes and/or refund depending on the action taken with the ticket.

    - To determine whether the flight was affected or not, check the PNR history.

    - Customers whose flights were not affected but tested positive for COVID19 may travel on a different date without penalties but subject to applicable fare differences. Request the waiver in LATAM Trade, Private Portal, with a copy of the test.
