COMMERCIAL EXCEPTIONS - Pilot Program for Non-Consecutive Coupon Usage on Regional Routes Originating in Ecuador, Brazil, and Chile

A three-month pilot has been implemented allowing non-consecutive coupon usage for regional itineraries issued and originating in Ecuador, Brazil, and Chile. If a passenger will not be using the outbound flight, they may board the return flight under the following conditions: - The ticket must have been issued and originate in one of these countries. - The itinerary must be point-to-point (Example: SCL-LIM-SCL). For connecting flights, it is not possible to skip the first flight to board at the connecting point, for example: Connecting Itinerary via SCL: Outbound: BUE x SCL/LIM and Return: LIM x SCL/BUE Passengers cannot opt out of flying BUE-SCL to board the SCL-LIM segment. They must opt out of flying the complete outbound flight (BUE x SCL/LIM). - The passenger must provide notice at least 2 hours before the departure of the flight they will not use. - Segments cannot be dropped. - If the request is made after the flight, the purchase fare's change and/or refund rules will apply. - If the remainder of the itinerary is used, changes to the unused coupon will not be permitted. - Associated EMDs are subject to the fare rules for the unused segment. |

In markets where non-consecutive coupon use is legally regulated by law (Argentina, Colombia, Europe, and Peru), the current application conditions remain unchanged, and the remark LEGAL VOLUNTARY NOSHOW must be added to the ticket. |
