Description:

Starting from June 3rd, 2024, the MAAS (Meet And Assist) service will be exclusively available in airports in Brazil, in accordance with the current regulations of the country. In airports outside of Brazil, this service will not be available.

Considerations: 

This service (SSR MAAS) should not be requested for itineraries outside of Brazil. 

In addition, the previous name Maximum Assistance will cease to be used and the service will be referred to exclusively as Meet and Assist.
