ANCILLARY PRODUCT - Changes in ancillary after-sale policies


Description

In the event of a change or refund request, ancillaries will be subject to the commercial conditions of the corresponding flight coupon fare.

- Seats

- Baggage (e.g., baggage, excess luggage, etc.)

Important: This policy does not apply in cases where the additional service expressly states that it does not allow changes or refunds.

Request for change or refund of ancillaries.

Considerations:

REFUNDS

When requesting refunds for tickets that include additional services (such as seats, luggage, etc.), it's important to review the terms and conditions of the fare paid. This will allow us to confirm whether those items can also be refunded.

For example: An international SCL BOG SCL trip with an EMD for seats with roundtrip coupons.

Scenario 1: Passenger requests a voluntary refund for the entire trip (ticket + seats)

For involuntary refund requests due to a flight change or cancellation, the associated ancillary items will be refunded regardless of the coupon regulations.

IMPORTANT:

The rules for retraction or withdrawal of the ticket and ancillaries associated with the trip  remain in place as long as the conditions are met, regardless of fare regulations.
