Reservation management:

As an alternative travel option for passengers affected by this suspension, it  is possible to offer changing the connection to Bogotá (BOG), while keeping the origin and destination.

The reissuance will be done as involuntary, keeping the original fare basis and  fare construction.

Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection are eligible to  the flexibilities defined in Sales | Passenger Protection.
