We inform that from February 22, 2021, for the Colombian market, the payment of refunds will be made through the usual channels (GDS or BSP) for reimbursement to the original form of payment. . |

Considerations: |
From the date indicated, requests for refunds (voluntary and involuntary) of tickets, ancillaries and LATAM products, must be made through the usual channels (GDS or BSP) for reimbursement to the original form of payment; therefore, from that date onwards it will no longer be refunded for the company's services.
The refund entry method applies according to the type of refund:

Refunds requested until February 21, 2021, will maintain the refund payment in company's services, according to Decrees 482 (for tickets) and 557 (for land products ) of 2020. |
