Description

Passengers traveling between SCL and BOG on flights operated by Wamos Air may be eligible for one of the following exceptions explained under “Considerations”.

Scope:

Certain flights* on the route between Santiago, Chile (SCL) and Bogota, Colombia (BOG) operated by Wamos Air.

* Check these flights directly in the distribution system.

Implementation date:

October and November, 2019

Considerations: 

Commercial exceptions WITHOUT PENALTY regardless of the item penalties, according to the following:

              a) Refund of all unused coupons and ancillaries.

b) Change of date/flight/destination (paying all applicable fare differences according to availability at the time of change and subject to ticket validity).

c) Rerouting subject to cabin availability in a -3/+3 day range from the original flight without fare differences. 

Outside this range, applicable fare differences will be charged subject to availability at the time of change.

For changes to the date and/or route, enter an SSR CKIN in the reservation and in the Endorsements/Restrictions box enter the text: WAIVED DUE TO WAMOS AIRCRAFT. When processing the refund, enter the same message.

(*) Change subject to cabin availability on LATAM flights implies that the travel agent must make the reservation in the original booking class. If the class is not available, the agent must reserve in the lowest booking class available in the same cabin of the LATAM flight and complete the involuntary ticket reissue. In other words, it is no longer necessary to contact the LATAM Sales Support Agent to request the original booking class.

Other items such as Special Services, Crew and Airport Check-in remain unchanged.

-Seat sales

- Cabin Baggage CBBG

- Baby bassinet BSCT

- Animal in hold (AVIH)

UMNR: 6 UM per flight are permitted. It should be checked that this maximum is not exceeded before requested it.

Airport and check in

Flights will continue to operate at the departure and arrival terminals currently utilized by LATAM.  Web check-in for these flights will also be available through latam.com.

Crew LATAM

On flights departing or arriving from Chile, there is no LATAM crew flying the crew of Wamos Air.
