PASSENGER PROTECTION - Resumption of operations to/from Porto Alegre (POA) and cancellation of operations to Canoas (QNS)


We inform you that the operation to Porto Alegre Airport (POA) has been reactivated. Due to this, the option of resuming the trip to the original destination of POA is enabled for passengers who were previously protected to QNS.
Sales to this destination are already enabled according to system availability.

Canceled flights:

Flights to/from Canoas (QNS) from Oct 21 to Mar 29, 2025 will cease operating at this point and resume operations from/to POA.

Proposed protection:

- Resume initial itinerary to/from POA without penalty or fare difference within the validity of the ticket

- Involuntary refund

Reservation management:

Passengers originally traveling to Porto Alegre Airport (POA) who were booked to Canoas Airport (QNS), or those who purchased flights to QNS while POA was unavailable, will be able to re-flight to their original destination at POA.

- Protection of the original flight to POA will be done automatically and massively by system

- The reissue will be done involuntarily, maintaining the original fare basis and tariff construction.

- Passengers who do not accept the protection may opt  for the involuntary refund established in the Sales | Passenger Protection  chapter.

Passengers who were originally traveling to Porto Alegre Airport (POA) and who changed their flight to Caixas do Sul Airport (CXJ), Passo Fundo (PFB), Jaguaruna (JJG), Florianopolis (FLN) or Navegantes (NVT) will be able to resume their flight to their original destination (POA).

- Reissuance will be done involuntarily, maintaining the original fare basis and tariff construction.

- Involuntary refunds do not apply
