The aggregators or external technology providers connect directly to LATAM and show our content in their tools in order for an agent to be able to book, buy tickets, access post-sale services and ancillaries.

All agencies certified by IATA with a current contract with LATAM have the option of connecting through an aggregator. It is up to each one which aggregator is best for them as a connection tool to NDC by LATAM content. To request access, first select your aggregator and then contact us via forms.

Contact the aggregator that fits you best.
The agency's legal representative must complete the onboarding form with the IATAs you want to connect and the aggregator name.
LATAM will then configure your IATA code. When it is ready, you will receive an email with your NDC Portal user and temporary password.
Go to the NDC Portal, update your password and accept the Terms and Condition
On the portal, you will also need to activate a user for your aggregator. Please follow these steps in order to do so.
The aggregator will be notify by LATAM and will do configurations on their end (The time of connection may vary between each aggregator)
