FLEXIBILITY UPDATE - Alternatives to the Preventive Airspace Security Alert in Venezuela

LATAM TRADE EXCEPTIONS
Due to:	Alternatives to the preventive suspension of flights to Caracas due to a security alert in Venezuelan airspace.
Passengers Traveling:	From/to/via: Venezuela
Original flight date:	Flights cancelled between November 23, 2025 and February 22, 2026
They will be able to choose ONE of the following options WITHOUT PENALTY according to:
Date/flight/rerouting change	NO PENALTY, subject to availability of the same cabin (no fare differences) and until the ticket expires
Change of origin/destination	No penalty, subject to fare differences and ticket validity.Except for passengers who need to fly until February 22, 2026, who will be allowed to change to the airport to CUC (Cúcuta - Colombia)
Passengers who changed their ticket to CUC to fly from February 23, 2026 onwards and wish to resume their trip to CCS	Passengers can make a new change without penalty or fare difference to resume their original flights to/from CCS. Refunds are subject to fare regulations.

Passengers who do NOT wish to make a change may request a refund according to:
Return	No fine. Applies to all UNUSED coupons on the ticket and associated ancillaries, up to 365 days from the original flight date.
Passengers affected by cancellations or rescheduling are reminded that the involuntary changes policy applies.
Important:
* Date/flight/rerouting changes apply while maintaining the same origin/destination. Example: GRU - SCL changes to GRU - LIM - SCL
** Changing the origin/destination means flying from or to a different city than the one indicated on the original flight coupon. Example: GRU - SCL changes to GRU - LIM
Ancillary items associated with the ticket are subject to change and/or refund depending on the action taken with the ticket.
Cabin-based protection on LATAM flights means that: The Travel Agent must provide protection in the original ticket class. If this class is unavailable, they must provide protection in the lowest available class within the same LATAM flight cabin and complete the involuntary reissue of the ticket, maintaining the original fare basis and fare structure. In other words, they should not contact the Agency Support Executive to request the original class.
