Change of origin/destination | No penalty, subject to fare differences and ticket validity.Except for passengers who need to fly until February 22, 2026, who will be allowed to change to the airport to CUC (Cúcuta - Colombia) |
Passengers who changed their ticket to CUC to fly from February 23, 2026 onwards and wish to resume their trip to CCS | Passengers can make a new change without penalty or fare difference to resume their original flights to/from CCS. Refunds are subject to fare regulations. |

Ancillary items associated with the ticket are subject to change and/or refund depending on the action taken with the ticket. | |
Cabin-based protection on LATAM flights means that: The Travel Agent must provide protection in the original ticket class. If this class is unavailable, they must provide protection in the lowest available class within the same LATAM flight cabin and complete the involuntary reissue of the ticket, maintaining the original fare basis and fare structure. In other words, they should not contact the Agency Support Executive to request the original class. | |
