Irregularities (Fake name, REDU, DUPE, Circumvention, No show): Agent can manage and disputes the ADM for irregularities on our PIA portal:
What is PIA?
PIA is our Agency Irregularity Portal designed to facilitate the managment of your ADMs. At the beginning of each month, LATAM will publish (in PIA) all irregularities an agency has incurred for the previous month. It is the agencies responsibility to access PIA with their unique username and password and monitor such.
