ROUTES - Partial suspension of operations at Puerto Natales Airport (PNT)

Please be advised that, due to maintenance work and upgrades on the runway at Puerto Natales Airport (PNT), there will be a partial closure of operations and a suspension of flights between January and March 2027.

Due to the reduction in operations at this airport, flights on the Santiago (SCL) ⇄ Puerto Natales (PNT) and Puerto Montt (PMC) ⇄ Puerto Natales (PNT) routes will be affected.

Flights canceled:	As of January 2027, operations at Puerto Natales Airport (PNT) will be canceled according to the following:

When reissuing, insert the following note under Ticket Endorsements:	INVOL REROUTE DUE TO SKD CHG LAxxx CNLD
Protection offered:	Reprotection must be handled in the same cabin and booking class. If there is no availability in that class, reprotection can be done in the lowest available class within the same cabin. The change applies free of charge, subject to availability in the same cabin and within the ticket validity. Reissuance will be processed as involuntary, preserving the original fare basis and fare construction. The customer may opt for a Change to a nearby airport: Maximum distance of 500 km (300 miles) from the reprotection airport, within the same country and where LATAM operates, in the same class or the lowest available class of the original cabin. Suggested airport: Punta Arenas (PUQ).
Reservations:	If the available travel solutions do not suit the customer's needs, they may opt for what is established under Cancellations and Involuntary Changes.
