Considerations: |
Due to systemic limitations of ARC, which do not allow the insertion of the standard refund message in case of exact duplication or inverted routing of the ticket, the request flow has been modified. Therefore, agencies using the ARC system must request a waiver code through the LATAM Trade private portal. When requesting the refund via ARC, the travel agent should enter the waiver code provided by LATAM Airlines. |
