We inform you that the collection of the PAIS tax (O5) in Argentina will be suspended on all issues.

Considerations: 

From the implementation date, the tax code O5 (Country Tax - Law 27,541) is eliminated. Due to this, ticket sales in Argentina on all channels will no longer include this tax.

For tickets issued before December 23, 2024 (issued with the tax) the following must be considered:

- Changes: this tax must remain as PD (paid) in reissues, that is, the value of this tax will not be considered to cover differences in changes.

- Refunds: this tax will not be refunded (it becomes non-refundable by regulatory provision).

Other taxes not mentioned remain unchanged.
