The interline offer for trips operated exclusively on Iberia and Aeroméxico flights is now available on latamairlines.com. In addition, the website has enabled the option to make seat reservations and purchases on Iberia and Aeroméxico flights for LATAM customers, as well as for IB and AM customers on LATAM flights. This is available exclusively during the check-in window and through the LATAM website and its partners

Considerations: | Ticketing under this modality on flights 100% operated by Aeroméxico will be available only in Economy class. For 100% Iberia flights, it will be available for all cabins. Fares The fare families will be incorporated into LATAM’s branded fares and will follow the current policies assigned to each fare (baggage, seats, etc.), except for the Basic fare, which will not be available for sale on these flights. Post-Sale Considerations: The seat selection and the payment process (if applicable) will be managed by the airline operating the flight. - Seat Assignment: It is not permitted to assign seats on flights operated by another airline. If the passenger already has an issued ticket and you wish to assign seats, you can access the check-in through the LATAM Trade portal. In the “My Trips” section, the system will redirect you to the website of the operating carrier, where seat assignment can be managed according to the following conditions: a) Iberia: A deeplink will appear redirecting the customer to the website, which will be synchronized with the seat map. In other words, the customer will not need to identify themselves with the reservation code and last name. b) Aeroméxico: In this case, the customer will be redirected to the airline’s website but must copy and enter the reservation code and last name as shown on the ticket, and then proceed with seat assignment. If it is not possible to assign the seats online, you must contact the airline operating the flight. - Involuntary Changes: Flight notifications will be maintained according to the current procedure in cases of flight cancellation/modification. - Voluntary Changes and Refunds: According to the rules of the purchased fares. - Baggage Purchase: It will not be possible to purchase ancillaries (additional services) for these flights. These must be purchased at the airport or directly with the airline operating the flight. - Special Services: Special services are subject to the definitions of each agreement. - LATAM Pass Accrual: LATAM Pass members traveling with Iberia or Aeroméxico may earn miles/points.
The additional rules and conditions of the codeshare agreements with Aeroméxico, Iberia, and Delta remain unchanged. |
